Making nutrios

Brief question: to make nutrios do you need to put refined sweetstuff or raw together with fruit in enmatter refiner to make nutrios?

Also, if people have large amounts of nutrios for sale at 250% or better please PM me.

Some times I do Fruits + raw. This works as well.

Is it possible to refine sweetstuff alone?

I thought Nexus, Growth Molecules and Sweetstuff were "unrefineable" unless you were mixing them together.
