2: yes it is possible to sell sweat at this price now but it is very hard and you will most probably not sell it as sweat for 0.7 - make ME out of it !

3: buy nexus for 135% (it will be very hard and time consuming) refine with your sweat using MT-104 (0.23 per 1000) and sell your ME for 210% (in small quantities for teleporting 1000 will go with no problem in one day) ; so 21 ped - 13,50 ped - 0.23 ped = 7.27 ped for your 1000 sweat

You know I once had 10k and THEN I had hardships to sell it for 0.6... now it's impossible to find a buyer for such price these days
