they do state at the bottom of the support text how to disable the google tracker.

but it does seem like a harmless webtracker. it just happens to be owned by google.

May I point out that any other game has this too, if you don't like it you won't be able to play any game.

Also, all games with advertisements, including entropia, gather user browsing information and locations to match the ingame advertisements to your interests. It's nothing new really, it's commonly used in the latest games and pretty much all new games are released with it.

Like MA said, if you don't like it you can block it, but I'm sure it's harmless. Also do you really think that they have the time and put in effort to go matching IP's with a sister profile site? I don't think so, they have better things to do.
Besides more than half of the people on the net have a dynamic IP address so it's not traceable by IP anyways.

I am quite unhappy about this aswell. On the other hand, i use Gmail so they already have loads of information about me anyways.

oh well so stats are gathered via google, hmm just like almost every webpage or app you hit does.

To clarify: i personally think its harmless.
I am using google analytics on my web pages.
Content on client loader is just web page.
MA tracks many more than that.

My point is this "news network" - there are no news at all but some bad PR.
