Where oh where can my gold card be?

Hi all, I have been waiting over a month for my gold card to arrive and good old MA support is being as useful as ever.

My real problem here is the big lack of response to my questions. Can someone help me out with this? Maybe support can't understand what I am asking? Am I typing in a different language to English? Perhaps if someone can give me someone in management's e-mail address because support is not giving me sufficient support.

Wondering what would happen if your goldcard got stolen.

I live in the US and when i ordered mine a while ago it took 4 days! Sorry hope you get this resolved soon.

They clearly stated that your Gold Card has been shipped. I seriously doubt that MA have any control over the postal service.

When my Gold Card didn't arrive in what I consider to be reasonable time (2 days - I live in Sweden, three hours from Gothenburg) I contacted support asking for it. I got the reply that they always wait up to six weeks before sending a new Gold Card, since the postal service sometimes mess up. I thought it shouldn't happen domestically, but I received my package after two weeks after it had been shipped around.

And yes, I checked the date on the post stamp - it had been shipped the day they said it was.

In short - never trust the postal service to be quick.

Immortal, no. But I live in a world where it doesn't take 6 weeks to ship something, even by snail mail. If people in America can receive their gold card in 4 days, and I have been waiting over a month, then something is wrong. I understand things can go wrong but customer service should be your(referring to Mindark) number one priority. I am unhappy with the service especially seeing that it can be done so quickly for others.

My goldcard took over a month to arrive as well. Luck of the draw regarding the efficiency of the postal services ...

A soc friend of mine just got his Goldcard and it took about a week from purches to delivery.
It was the same for me, about a week.
We both live in Sweden though.

on the 9-11/Anthrax scares around the same time i remember it took more than 8 weeks to get something out of the US.
