Hi all,

Just wanted to highlight what I consider to be a bit of a major problem. My avatar was witnessed by a society mate logging on and off three times in the early hours of the morning (around 4am my time) This was most definetly not me.
Yes I have a gold card and no, there is no one else in the house even capable of logging in to my account.

The avatar did not answer any society messages and my stuff is all still there. I am hoping it is just a bug, but better safe than sorry.

I have raised the issue with support and until it is sorted out, can I please ask everyone to ensure they do not lend my avatar any stuff if asked to do so. I never ask to borrow anything but have been know to borrow if its offered...

I will keep you updated with the support case here.

I sure hope it's a bug too, but I don't see how...each login requires you to manually type your username & password...even without a gold card. Keep us informed what the problem was, as it currently sounds like a classic case of someone stealing your login credentials....

If ur stuff isnt gone ( thief cant be so stupid to log in a few times and do not steal anyting ) and u have gc its a bug for sure.

It's a bug for sure. It's an old one even, where people appear to be online when they aren't. Usually easy to test by jumping to another server.

You'll see the avatar in question then suddenly isn't on anymore, and when you jump back to your previous location he/she is online again.

Old, but annoying nevertheless.

Which doesn't mean we all can trust Pinky now

This same bug has affected a soc mate of mine. I'msure MA will sort it out.

Thanks for responces so far - it reassures me so many people figure its a bug - tbh so do I, but figured better safe than sorry and should warn the community.

I know you all love me so much you would all give up your mod faps and mod mercs in a second if i asked

Thats weird, about 4am my time someone tried to hack my inactive WoW account and failed.
What are the odds of weird stuff happening to people at the same time like that?

Think it's a bug, same thing happened a few times for a soc mate, even called him up on the phone to ask why the hell he wasn't answering PMs and soc chat... He was at a party and got all freaked out
