I'm locked out too.

I think its a bug, when I started up this morning the client loader downloaded a bunch of stuff, then I got the locked out message.

I've not sold anything from shop or bought anything from auction so i'm not in contact with any possible foul peds......

All i've done is mine in my usual spots with nothing weird going on
