When I made a accaunt in entropia universe i typed all the real info and i'm still rejected

Can he still send a support case if he doesn't have an Account

I have always logged in first, before drafting the support case, so I'm not
sure.

ehm yeah? how else would people who cant get accounts be able to get help?

... did they send you a letter that said you were rejected ? Or did you fail to look in your junk mail for your activation code and assumed you were rejected?

Didn't meet the minimum age maybe ?
