As recommended in support-case 106536, I'm mailing you to try and find out whether my account has been accessed recently.

Lykke saw my avatar log off, at a time when I could not possibly have done so myself. My goldcard is at Lykke's place, and I do not have Project Entropia installed at my computers.

The only time I have accessed my account recently was from her place, and only briefly to add members to the society.

Could you verify whether my account/avatar was logged in at 2007-04-16 05:18:24, MindArk time? I want to make sure the account has not been compromised, so if you could also please verify whether it has been accessed by multiple IPs in the last few weeks?

I just say its a old bug , must say very old , and it do create problem.

I know, I was just pulling your leg. I experienced it too, wasn't able to log for more than 5-6 hours, it was a new VU.

It seems like a very strange bug to me. How on earth can an avatar be logged in? In an environment that's supposed to be secure, things like this are exactly what would make someone jump, and jump we did.

My avatar is empty, and useless, but I was worried enough to actually get here onto EF and follow the thread.

If this really is a bug, it must be the weirdest bug ever. There is, or should be, no way that an Avatar protected by a username, password, AND a goldcard could somehow appear online, when it is not. I assume PE runs on multiple servers, and I can imagine some delay inbetween them, but a week later and seeing the avatar online?

You said it created technical trouble, but I'd say there's a bigger problem. If I logged into my bank account, and somehow was made to think someone else logged into it, due to some bug, I for one, would switch banks.

Like MA actually would say "yeaah, your account has been hacked all through the GC and everything!"...

They will probably say "ofcourse not" either way ..
