My old account locked/disabled?

I use to play on one account a few months back. And just recently I decided to play again, but I couldn't remember the name/password/not email address of that account. So I made a new one. And I was able to play on him. But just today, I figured out my old account, and when I try to log in, it says that it's locked.

now then, considering that THIS forum is NOT MA - i would strongly suggest that you contact support services directly (through the web site key on your log in page) .. and give THEM the information needed and necessary to resolve your issues.

I've been looking all over and I can't find anywhere where I can contact a representative. The only thing I can find are FAQ pages.
