Crone will find you your buyer or your seller. The proces is simple, you just tell Crone what you need (to sell) and Crone will find you a buyer or a seller. Crone might even already know one! Crone will then set up a meeting only if both parties have a price in mind that is close.

Step 1: let Crone know what you need (to sell)
Step 2: wait, or play game or whatever
Step 3: hear from Crone
Step 4: meet with the other party
Step 5: see if you can work the deal out
Step 6: there's no step 6.

Meet Crone in game, send him a pm or leave a ... oh well you'll know how to find him.
