U will get ur money back dont worry about that. The list, well ididnt update it for some time, but u in my data on my hd. So so far u are safe. Just dont forget ur security info.

I got no update and I started worrieing about my money (1,6k ped), so I asked for payout at 20-03-2008.

Until today I got not answer. I am disappointed about the service and hope to get an answer soon. Ill post here when I know more...

OK I am sorry to say this but I think Richard has left again. As far as selling the gun goes I know of a few people now who claim to have invested but are not on the sheet, so I am unsure of what to do. If I sell the gun now and pay only the people on the list then I could be scamming others not on the list, but if I pay to anyone who claims to invested I could be scamming investors. Any ideas guys(assuming I sell)?

Why? do you not think this is a public-interest situation?

Where else do you suggest that this discussion should have taken place?

RD has scammed everyone on his list. Whether this was the idea from the outset is unknown.

Peope need to know the dangers of giving money to other players for 'investment' purpouses. Although, due to his scamming, the mods may invoke one of their rules to say we can't name/shame a scammer and therefore leave RD free to go do it again...

I don't believe that rule applies to this case.
That rule is in place because in game situations are easily faked and are open to defamation.
In this case EF was the instrument of this business and even should the status change from a dragged out unlovely situation to a definite scam this thread should be safe...

Since the list is the only thing we have to go after, the only fair thing would be to calculate the invested percents and split the money between investors based on their investment amount. The people left out are very unlucky of course, but they might as well be people claiming to have investment and should not be counted in.

Update on private details

As promised earlier I said I would publish all his private details on 1. April if we didn't hear from him again. Well, today is the date (an no, this is no April fool ). So I posted the information, not here in public however. I have created a special forum dedicated to R&R where everyone involved can see the details and discuss further actions.

Everyone here knows I have defended RD for a while. but the email and update promised last week has not shown up, and I think, finally, it is time to turn out the lights, and call it a day.

Ok according to this chart Richard has 47k in invested peds (not counting interest). If I sold the gun and paid everyone back on what they orignally invested the return will be roughly 20-25%. I think I will just sell the gun and pay that amount back to everyone, because if something happens and I can't login, then I will be the one everyone blames.
