Sounds good, and it's the only correct thing to do in this situation. Whatever is left to pay after 20-25%, those with more faith will just have to hope that RD will return.

Well, I am pretty much done with this.

I still think RD to be honest, and whatever happened IRL has gotten in the way. I don't care to take part in the recovery method suggested.

If I am burned for my ped then I a burned. 20-25% recovery is of little consolation. Time to move on.

IF RD comes back and sorts things out, so I can get my full investment back, I will be happy.

If not, I take my loss in stride with no hard feelings towards RD.
Lesson learned. All is forgiven. Move on.
I have plenty of RL things to take up my worry cycles.

So good luck to you all. My condolences to all who have been "victimized".

If I give everyone 20% or whatever I am sure if Richard comes back he will cover the rest. Just so you guys know I am selling the gun so that I can move on. I am tired of sitting here with it wondering what to do, and I mean what if something happens to me or I tt the gun (almost did that to an amp the other day). If I have RL problems I would not come back to sort this out, RL is way way way more important. Richard did want me to let him find a deal but after this long screw it, I am just gonna sell it. I will set things as right as I can on my end and move on.

IMO, I would have sorted this out quicker-compound interest on something that you owe is a big deal, especially in the amounts that he has borrowed...

Sold the gun for about 13.4k in peds so I can start splitting up the cash I guess.
