Just a thought...

Did any of you report him to MA?
I mean... No matter what you believe, just pretend for a minute that he really IS a scammer:
- Why does he bother reply to emails?
- Why does he claim to be too busy, but will fix things 'soon'?
- Why doesn't he just post a 'Ha ha - Got you!' message and get it over with?

Well, if he really is a scammer, he's busy withdrawing all your money atm, and he want you guys to make a little fuzz as possible about it, to prevent MA from checking him too thoroughly.

Maybe he split and distributed his peds to other avatars before attempting to withdraw. If MA looks closer to his transactions, they might prevent him from getting the money out.

If I had invested, I'd report him for 'possible fraud' as fast as possible.
It might not help you get your peds back (or maybe there's even a little chance for that too), but if it prevents him from getting any money out of it, it's certainly worth the trouble imo.

Nothing personal, but really, this is noyb.

Each investor in the fund can, and probably is, dealing with this in the way that they see fit, and not airing their methods here in public is their choice.

So, thank you for your concern, but we are dealing with it.

Actually Vedder has some good points. Now, the problem is of course if Richard is not a scammer, this could cause trouble for him. But reporting as "possible fraud" is an good idea I believe.

If he is not a scammer reporting him and getting his account locked just means your lossing your peds. I reported him a while back, but I took it back when he came on and sorted out the shop. Also the 13k peds I am not really sure how to give it out or who to give what amount to. I figure it should be split equally but between who and when I don't know. When everyone agrees to something I can get the ball rolling, but I am not interested in taking charge of this whole thing.

Scammers really bothers me and pisses me off. And it's very harmful for the whole community too.
So when I feel I have something to add, I write it.

How would I know whether I agree with you, like your posts, or not, if I don't read them?

Scammers really bother me, too.
I do not feel that RD is one, and I think you need to hang back and see what happens, instead of jumping into the middle of this thing.

If I am wrong, I am out 200 bucks, which I have not had for several months, anyway, and will never see again, whether I whine to MA or not.

If I am right, RD gets thing straightened out and I get my ped back, with some interest.

So, tell me what I have to lose.

But then, the more people like you make such a fuss over it, and the more people accuse RD of scamming, the less likely he will be able to come back and sort it out peacefully, if that is his intention.

So your ranting is really the only thing that causes me a problem, as I see it. The more you rant, the more likely it is that I never see my pads again.

So, with all due respect, shadup, already.

Did you read the e-mail I received and sent you a copy of, and did you send Richard an e-mail about it? Did you receive any answer from him?

My thoughts on this:
The proceeds from gun should go to Warz, as RD said, and any left over can go to another who is feeling the need to cash out.

I plan on working out my own share with RD after he gets through this semester and can sort it out.

I have seen many of Richards e-mails, but I would rather not deal with his bullshit. He says he will sort it out in a week and never does, he can't even come on this forum and say I am a bit busy but still here. Giving all the cash to Warz is an option, what do the rest of you think? Personally I think this will be the only cash coming out from Richard for a long long time. Plus the interest builds every month he does not come on.
