I have just arrived home. I was staying over a friends place as the Transit was on strike, and taxi would have cost me alot. I wont be able to get on today, i need to sleep, but tomorow i might get on. And ill send u a message at 02:00 MA time. When i will tell u till when i will be online. Would it be possible for u to get online as early as 6MA time. Or maybe we could chat in ef chat or so.

Been following this on and off.

Seems a sad tale is being played out.

Surely, if the chap with the money's intentions were honourable he would be in here every step of the way assuring people and keeping them up to date.

All I see is the odd dismissive PM or email quoted, stalling things.

I really don't think Richard has enough cash to pay everyone back. He is probably hoping that people will just give up. Involving police is a bit harsh though, we knew the risks. Besides we gave him money to invest, if he made a bad investment then there is no breach of contact. Also the fact that MA technically owns the peds does not help either. Along with that fact that your talking about a cross boarders trial involving very small sums of money.

Anyway it would be nice to see some things moving along (I was trying to do something but gave up on the whole process). I know Richard wanted me to give 13k to Warz and the shop back, but then I have no collaterial. This is not a workable solution.

Outman, i thought i did pm u afterwards and saying that the 4k of the 13 goes to warz, the rest is yours, and we need to meet up with flyingdog and trade the shop.

About updates, everyone is getting one tomorow. With an email, of how im going to solve this. I would be here every single day but before i couldnt, after tomorow i would have more time to spend on this.

Having people forget? Well thats not like me, im not completely in the mud yet, and have a few ideas to pay everyon back.

Withdrawing? Well, if i wanted to do that, i would have done it a while back, and i would have withdrawn the cash that i would have gotten selling Outman's Shop. Its probably clear now that i didnt sell it, for 3k, just needed quick cash atm, and it was collatoral.

The email, well it would include a detailed bussiness plan. So until tomorow.
