I said I would not take any action. But others have said they would, and legal action has been taken against ppl who were involved in scams through EU.

UPDATE: Had lot's of e-mails back and fourth with RD, he suggest several times to go with his new business plan however I requested a refund of 90%, which will be paid on May 21th 2008. The rest of the money we have not really agreed on, but I guess it will take a few months to recover with interest.
