I disagree. You are not right about "that" whatever "that" may be. Like I said before everyone is entitled to their opinion. When there is an exchange of goods between 2 people then no one person is getting something for "nothing". Have you ever heard the saying "one mans junk is another mans treasure"?

The whole essence of this can be derived from that one saying (which from your previous posts you seem not to grasp). Then again this is only my opinion and I may be wrong. You may just have put across what you were trying to say in the wrong way...

I'm sorry, my english may not be as good as yours, since its not my native, but anyhow i know exactly what I wanted to say, and I said it. All I'm saying is that there are some players who refuse to play this game like others and want to get rich over other players.
Just play like the rest of us.... nothing in world is free, why should it be here?

There seems to be this misconception that I don't actually play this game or don't play it in a way that certain people believes it should be played.

How do you or anyone else know I don't "play" this game? Where am I asking for something for free? Who is to know whether I can or can't do this? Not you and not me that's for sure. Only time will tell.

Anyway I don't want this to result in some sort of slanging match. I think we'll just have to agree to a difference of opinions and leave it at that

Sorry Stacy you are wrong, begging expects something for nothing, this is trading. A makeover to Sorg doesn't cost him as much "tt value", however his charges for his service are for his time and skill. By your rational is Sorg a begger?, are pilots beggers?, are all traders beggers?
The answer is no because they provide a service, all this is is someone with a goal to trade up.

Now I haven't read every post here, so if I am repeating something from earlier please forgive me.

If I have something of value that I cannot use effectively such as a edged weapon (perhaps looted) I can certainly sell that weapon for PED. However, if that weapon is not really "in demand" I may not get much more than TT value for it, let's say 10 PED.

If someone else wants to trade me a rifle (for which I do have skills), worth only 8 ped, some people would not make that trade as they are losing 2 ped in the deal. Another person might agree to the deal because they are getting something that is worth more to them because they can use it right now without paying an auction fee, etc. and not worry that much about 2 ped.

In that case the person trading the 8 ped rifle now has a 10 ped edged weapon, and has in fact made a 2 ped gain. If the person who now has the edged weapon knows someone who is willing to pay TT + 5 for that edged weapon because they have the skills to use it, that person can now trade that edged weapon for a 15 PED tt value item and so on.

This is not easy or quick, but if you can give someone greater value for their immediate need everyone wins and no one is being taken advantage of.

I can sell nutrio bars in auction or standing near a TP and shouting it out and everyone knows the price you are going to get is probably about what the market bears.

If I'm out running around the wild and a player with a pet is desperate for some nutrio because they are about to lose the pet, want to bet they are willing to pay me a premium? Is it wrong of me to accept more money at that moment than what the market bears? It's of greater value to that player to get the nutrio right then, and because I carried it around and essentially "delivered" it to them on the spot it's a win win for each of us.

Essentially this type of trade can be a win for everyone, whether it gets him a hangar or not I wouldn't place any bets on it happening - but you never know.
