TBH (just throwing my 2pec out there) I'd do the trade for the CND apartment, and then work on a trade with a miner who has need of storage up there . Perhaps for a high-end tool or TT value of the market price of the apartment?

If I had someone already lined up for the CND appartment then yes i'd do the trade for it. However, The value of the appartment is around 800peds (current value) with no scope to increase in value yet. The majority of the miners up there will already have their own apps thefore making it a little difficult thing to try and trade. However, i'm sure mr appartment canc ome up with an even better trade *nudge* nudg*.
