New Mall Price Speculation

I was wondering what people will think they will sell for?
I mean CND went for 100,000 USD
LAs make it into the double digit thousands

So what do you guess they will fetch?
Ideas speculation, all welcome.

id say close to the CND price but not there. maybe 60 to 70k USD.

actually i think also close to 100k but it will be a while before the shops are rented like cnd slip one or two into the market and keep the prices very high on them so the mall owners reap the most profit so 36 new stores probably 12 will be used

I think the fact there are three will stop the bids from getting too too crazy (like CND topping).. I'd guess we're looking at the highest sales to date other than CND. Probably 500k-750k each.

And for Emerald... 1k EFD for the person who comes closest to the actual selling price...(because there is an LA included and harder to speculate)

If there was a such thing as a smart person in this game they wouldnt even go for 100k peds.

These malls are completely and utterly useless, they're only another sad attempt by MA to get a big sum of money all at once, NONE of which is going back into the system mind you.

Aside from that point, NOBODY uses player shops, nobody. Sure there are a handful of shops by crafters, miners etc. that are used on a regular basis, but other than that every shop is full of crap TT food thats extremely overpriced.

Also, once the malls are sold the shops will probably be so expensive that the people who do own the few good shops wont even bother giving up theirs to buy one in the mall.

At least shops on an LA serve purpose selling ammo or bombs, but there are only a few items ingame worth ever buying, and that usually happens in person to person trading, so a shop has no real point other than giving MA more money they dont need.
