This fee schedule will give you an idea of savings offered by not paying auction fees. Auction fees are charged upfront when you post an item, Consignment fees are subtracted only after a successful item sale!

 Example Quote for GeoTrek Tuarus AL15 (L). In this quote you'll see it costs 4.26 to post the item in auction, which is subtracted from your ped card on putting it in auction. If item sells on consignment in less then one week your fee is only 1.30! a savings of 2.95ped per sale if you craft the Tuarus and sell quite a few this could add up very quickly! If for some reason the item takes over two weeks to sale the monthly consignment fee of 3.33 will be subtracted. considering if an item doesn't sale on auction in the 7 days alloted you loose your auction fee completely this is quite a significant savings.  Example Quote for Maddox IV Its happened to everyone. you place an Item on auction and 6 days later you realize it's not going to sale maybe you set your price to high or maybe theres no buyers in the market for one. You're going to have to eat that 25ped auction fee! Inevitably you decide to give it another go maybe drop the buy out a bit this time, a week later back in your inventory and you're down over 50ped just from auction fees now! Consignment is the answer, if your weapon sells anytime in the first week the fee is only 6.46!! thats 18.64ped savings over putting it in auction for only 1 week! and a huge savings for putting it in auction twice! and if it takes a month to sale only 13.49.. on auction putting it for sale for a month would cost you over 100ped! consignment could save you auction headaches and fees!! saving almost 87ped if it takes you 4 auctions to get it sold!!  Example Quote for Breer M2a (L) At first glace you're wondering.. "how is this a big deal? 31pec? pshh".. You've just done a huge run of M2a's (lets say 10 successes is huge), you've got an inventory full of full tt guns and you need some ped quick. thats 390ped trade value right there in your pocket. plus 44.40ped coming back your way after the sells and a savings of 3.1ped in auction fee's.. Well 3.1ped isn't that much? What happens to your return when you supply your huge run all at once on the auction.. the supply goes up the demand goes down and 7 days later bids are being won at less then your expected return. those auction fee's just ended up being a bit higher % of your overall return. This is about the same as a the maddox from above.. high markup high auction fees and if this gun doesn't sell on the first go bang your profits are disappearing right in front of your eyes.. and that crazy auctioneer just sits and stares at you with that same blank stare.. the brown coat cartel just got a bit richer and you just got a bit poorer..  Example Quote for Korss H400 (L) I just looted a full tt Korss!!! what should i do with it? well obviously you're going to want to get as much ped for that baby as possible the thing is brand new never been used!! set your own price and even get a couple extra ped return of out that thing.. keep it out of the local auc*mart.. and don't pay any more ridiculous fees!! use those savings to party insead.. you just got a hell of a loot!
