The Shop is easy to find.
The best is to go see by yourself but most of the Items for sale listed on December 9-10th are very cheap. Few Items are a little bit more expensive, but most are +1 +2 Peds.

Sadly, like in all Shops and Shopkeepers, I can't set the price lower than +1. But it's already very cheap.

Like I said, the best is to go take a look by yourself.
