After VU 9.3 It is not possible to use ESI for skill transfer. Do everybody have that problem?

Any updates on that?

Yes Ivé reported the bug to MA, and they said that many players have complained about this. So right now the developers is working with this.

Same here, and not just the ESI, You can't insert a Mindfore Implant either, just shows a Failed message after the process...
