No siht! I had like only 200pedder hofs when my Perc was like 70, and now I got a 2000 hof as my Perc is like 700 !!! I started playing recently so I still have far to go till your level.. but I can still make it I hope!

But you could as well belive in any skill. Like rifle. Say, you have 12k of it and you ATH a lot You definetely have enough skills to even share them, Stormer (thanks for your Alertness btw.). And I think it's your key to success: having generally lots of skills. I suppose they help a bit Maybe do not decide, but definetely help.
Sorry mates, I still do not belive in Perception. I can bomb or probe whole area after Perc gain and I see no difference comparing with bombing/probing whole area without having a Perc gain. I can make a slaughter of all mobs on the server, still no difference. Maybe I'm just cursed, but I have as many no loots after perc gain as I have without it.
And what with crafters? I personally never had perc gain when crafting, but I'm really not a crafter. Is it even possible to have perc gain when crafting? If not, which skill would be responsible for scoring something high in crafting then?
But I belive in several things, like: getting the hel out of area full of nrfs or no loots, finishing current activity when I'm on +, not hoping to much to not be dissapointed after. So far it works. If Perception theory works for someone else, fine with me... As an ahteist I never interfered with any religion...
