The unlocks are the same as laser. Just replace the laser prof with the corresponding blp prof, like marksmanship unlocks at level 10 blp sniper/pistoleer.

Like I mentioned earlier, the unlocks are the same. Anyway,

Marksmanship - Level 10 BLP Sniper/Pistoleer
Ranged Damage Assesment - Level 18 Ranged BLP
Serendipity - Level 30 BLP Sniper/Pistoleer or Ranged BLP
Coolness - Level 40 BLP Sniper/Pistoleer
Wounding - Level 45 Ranged BLP
Combat Sense - Level 50 BLP Sniper/Pistoleer
Commando - Level 70 BLP Sniper/Pistoleer
Kill Strike - Level 80 Ranged BLP
