What does Martial Arts actual do???

Well, after a lot of hard work I finally unlocked my Martial Arts skill (yeah, thanks).

Now my big question is :
What does it actually bring me?????
Will my life change now that I have Martial Arts?

I'd appreciate feedback from colleagues that actually know by own experience.
