from what I see its a guy standing with a group of 2 ppl?.. and it seems like someone has not been smart enough to not place stuff on the ground and expected it to be left alone there when whoever can pick it up and claim the ownership

tips to newbies: dont place anything on the ground. And if you do and someone takes it, MA are not gonna do anything about it

this noob some days ago was in my soc, beging for protection in pvp4, and asked for our mining secrets, and other stuff...

This is true, as far as it goes. What he does not have the right to do is to engage in this sort of thing with the NBK name above his avatar. Next time you see him, it just may say Freelancer.

Well, the community knows there are bums like this around (there are more than just a few) and they work their way in and out of societies, so here is hoping that most of the people will not let thier impression of the society of a whole be tarnished just from one rotten apple.

Sometimes it takes a little while to spot the bad ones. Sometimes you are fortunate enought to have a friend in the community who lets you know you have a bad apple in your group, and you can deal with it before things like this happen with your society above their head.

So, I doubt NBK's reputation as a whole is damaged by this one bad apple.
