Many definitions for the word, but I believe you guys are refering to this one

Nutter - Particularly in the UK, people with mental disorders are often nicknamed nutters. In general, the word describes a person who behaves erratically or abnormally. Often found used in Entropia Universe for those that deposit frequently with no hope of a return on investment.
