I personally never met her, but she was obviously a very wonderful person both here in EU and irl. My deepest condolences to all of her family and friends.

I simply dont have the words to describe how I feel about Susan's passing. She was such a happy and friendly person to know and it is a terrible tragidy that this has happened to such a kind soul.
Her good nature radiated to all who knew of her and she will be missed by many people both here and in her real life.
I hope some of her real life friends and family visit this forum and thread as im sure it will be a comfort to know that 113 touched the hearts of so many people from all over the world.

Rest in peace Susan, being fortunate enough of knowing you is an honour.

I didn't know her, but my condolances to all of her friends and family. Losing a loved one is never easy, but it's a part of the great circle of life, so instead of missing what she could have been... celebrate what she was. A wonderful person from the sounds of it.

I only had the honour of meeting Susan a few times ingame. She always seemed like such a nice person, I cant even describe in words the shock that I felt while reading this thread...
I still have tears in my eyes while writting this: I hope you have found a better place, Susan... I will light a candle for your soul tonight, to brighten up its way to that better place...

I am honored to be able to call Susan my friend. She was blessed with one of the warmest hearts and a spirit that never stopped. Her presence in the EU will be missed, but I will never forget her and the warmth and kindness she brought into my life.
