Freedom to buy and sell for the price you want is freemarket economy like many have said.
Common sence should tell you to look around and sell for the best price and not be impulsive.
In RL and in EU,you get people that have their own agenda for whatever reason.
Maybe it's just as simple as wanting to make money and doing that the best way you can regardless of what others think of you.These types might have a heart of stone but thats all.

However

Some though imo have deeper issues for the reasons they do things and its harder to work out why.
I remember someone i knew who appeared to be a cool person and seemed to really enjoy EU.Overtime though they got more and more dejected and bitter about sweat resellers.In the end they were going to Twins and advertising selling sweat at a price comparable to Spokes and lower,just to deliberatly kill sweat prices and that would have harmed everyone and defeated the object.

When i suggested they should chill a little and just enjoy the game,they blew up n cut me dead.The reaction was way over the top to me but you just don't know whats going on behind the type.

If your out to make money only then ok,Spoke,do your thing and people will do theirs to combat you.
I'd suggest though that you take a look at your life and try to work out what made you the way you are as you are definetly not like the majority of people in EU who do want to see new players get a chance to make a few ped from hard labour and try the game out.

But it sad some are scaring away traders by giving (speciel buyers under 0,5 for sweat) with comments, i should love to see buyers on sweat start to scream on oversellers, OPS they done it along time ago then i was remember SPOKE try to raise it up to 1.0 with all his sweat revolutions here in PA.. i truly agree his past will follow him along time here in eu, but time are healing many wounds here for all of us and people come and goes and with crytec eu will be bigger and we can scatter around more and people will find more sweat places to sweat at. Neas start to become like the camp with all green dots now. and with to much people at the same spot only going to cause problems..it happens in RL aswell.

Firs of all sorry for my limited English but I will do my best to make it apprehensible.

Well after reading all this and actually observe the guy in question, I think that some people got it all wrong from the very beginning.

Like other observants already explained, the person in question seems to be some kind of a joker, if I got to judge from hes way to act around in EU, all points and remark just that, he just like to attract the attention to hem self, and that is to obvious.

1)Maybe a noob could stand and trade for .3 when there are traders that buy for .5 or above right in the face, but this person have played the game for more than 2 years and knows exactly how the market and the trade works, ¿who is buying for .3 when they can get .5 or above, at that current time and place?.

2)The person in question have a strong tend to start discussions and argues, by picking up weaknesses (apparently) in other peoples comments, he is critic and sarcastic when interacting in the local chat, but he is not rude and does not scrawling, he takes his revenge running mobs on people he don't like instead, kind of childish I think, but that is just good for the Evade so it may be a favor.

3)Announcements like (“ I sell you sweat @ .49 if you just make a trade announcement for it”) reveals that he is not a serious trader, because if he really want to sell at that rate, he could just make the announcement hem self, but like usual he want to provoke some reaction and to manipulate people in to argues, because he knows that the current accepted minimum rates by the majority is .5, (this is just an example of hes manners).

For me is obvious, we are not talking about a serious trader here, and sure, he is not scamming or ripping, that is clear, I think he is just succeeding in what he likes best, TO ATTRACT ATTENTION!!!

Maybe the guy wants to have some fun in hes on way, but is definitely not fun for many.
Any way, he is not doing something illegal or against the rules of MA when trading, and calling him names will not help, it will probably make it worse, I did that mistake, and I don't feel good about it. Shame on me, bad, bad Avatar!!!

There is something good in everyone and I am sure that person have many correct sides as well, plus plenty of time to learn.
If people choose to tell him or ignore him, that is a personal matter, any way don´t forget that reputation is important.

My point of view about the sweat price is this:

Personally I think that the sweat is under estimated by some people, don´t forget that this is like a virtual job to make PEDs, so the TT value of the sweat do not reveals the moral (fair) value of it, sure is a free market, but do you really think that people will not react if you start to pay them miserable salary's in real life, well this is not real life and every one knows that, but it takes real people to gather the sweat for hours, so that many ME users can have some fun.

People can choose to be depositors or non depositors, no one should push people to deposit, is a free options, and maybe MindArk made it that way to simulate real life situations like poor hard workers I think, thru that way one of the ingredients that moves EU provides.

The none depositor have to work hard to earn PEDs, just like in real life, and miserable payers are detested just like in real life.
When people choose to not deposit they also choose to play with many limitation and with few resources, and the disadvantage of working in game to earn the PEDs = less time to do something fun.
A depositor deposit the money they earned working (or some other how) in real life, a non depositor sweater earns hes PEDs on a virtual job, and the idea is to earn some decent PEDs so an Avatar can outlive and progress in EU.
I know that sweat is free to collect, but pay attention to the word COLLECT, is not like the sweat bottles are spited out from the the mobs just like that, No Sir, you have to do the time and the work for it.(if you don't like to do that, you have to pay for it).

So lets be reasonable, and at this current moment the rate for sweat its between .5 and .6, this are a considerable and fair price for sweat at the present, sure you are free to buy bellow that, but don't expect that people will not react if the current rate is much higher.
Remember that there are real people whit real feelings and sense of justice behind those Avatars, and no one likes to get bad payed.

That is just my point of view, and I respect everyone else's.

I can't see any scamming or ripping off in this case.
I have only 1 question to you all, saying this is scamming, ripping off or imoral. Would you buy all the sweat that is gathered at a higher Price, maybe .55?

We can only do one thing to a buyer like the person we are talking about.
Just ignore him/her and sell to an other buyer.

Anything else you are doing makes things worse.

And somthing to think about: "Why should a buyer buy sweat at .55 if he can get it at .3?" You all do the same every day in RL. Or don't you look for cheapest food, computer, ... So if he is imoral in EU you are imoral in RL, its the same thing.

Just one more detail, and I got a good reason to add it, it might actualize and correct my previous post, for the best of the case.

I wrote that the person was kind of a joker, for some obvious factors, and because he said that hem self in the local chat, it was something like:

“I was just testing if any of you would sell sweat for that low rate, and you all passed the test”
(There was lols, and Gratz on Neas Place after this, a joke for sure).

I have seen that he is still trading constant at those rates, and maybe he got for real now trading like a serious trader, and I respect that, even if I personally will not sell for those rates, unless the rate of sweat goes down generally and those rates gets more actual.
I hope that will not happen to soon or at all, but the inquiry of ME, the quantity of available sweat and sweaters, and other factors will direct on that, the history of sweat shows the trend of this.

Is sad that the name of the avatar got reveled in a displeasing way ( I hope the name gets deleted from the forum), but the good thing about the case is that this helps avatars to respect an tolerate all traders even if they don´t like the rates.

Conclusion: If you want him to go away, stand next to him and buy at a higher rate. It's simple.

Otherwise he will stick around like a dirty smell, i had no troubles forcing him away from swamp camp today, he ran like the dirty little pathetic scum that he is. (My opinion of him -- others may not agree.)
