Who has the highest Sweat Gatherer skill?

Looking at AIS sweat gathering skill and concentration - I think it would be impossible for a sweat gatherer disciple to graduate in concentration.

today i have about 910-920 sweating lvl.about 3 months in EU .first days there was a bug in PA till lvl 40 i didnt get nothing of sweat.now im skilling in MF so i am sweating every day
