A piece of my mind about sweating.

Here's the deal ... Sweating price is 0.6 now, so we all know that it's too low ! Yet we accept it, because Mind Essence price now is low, so we're happy. But what about the newcomers ? Don't we want to help them ? So now 1k of sweat costs 6 ped, and you get that in approximately 2 hours, so for 2 hours of hard work you can buy only an Opalo and 300 bullets ? Not talking about armor and all that ! So my point is, sweat price is too darn low !
And all of this caused by resellers, I've thought a bit ... There was a time when nex price was 170% and sweat was 3 pec, and now nexus is like .. 115% and sweat price is 0.6 per bottle! How have we come to this ? Greed !! You see, resellers would put the buying price down, and shout in towns like .. buying nexus for 160% .. and then buying nexus for 150% ... and then lowering buy price for sweat a little bit, because if price of sweat and nexus is dropped by resellers, ME price remains constant a little bit of time, let's say sweat was 3 pec and nex price was 170% .. so ME price in auction was 500% .. including refiner decay and fee. So resellers would buy sweat @ 2.8 pec and nex at 160% .. and they would sell @ 500% till the price actually dropped. That's what made their profit. But now, sweat price is drastically low ! I mean ... it must be raised to at least 1 pec per bottle, because 6 ped per 1k sweat is very greedy & cheap.
And for all of those who say, stop sweating and get a job ! or something like that... I'm not allowed to discuss the current situation of my country because of political rules on this forum, but I'm telling you it's not that easy to get a good salary, so stop and think before you say "go get a job!" ...
So in conclusion, I'd like to send a message to all entropians, to say that newcomers must be helped, and a good and solid community must be created, so in order to get closer to this achievement, sweat price has to rise.

No disrespect intended here but how is this different from any of the other "we gotta raise sweat price" threads?

It just cant be done. There will always be those willing to sell low due to despartion. There will always be those willing to sweat themselves (although rarer than the resellers would have you believe).

Sweat must find its own natural price in the Entropian economy. If you want to pay more to help out noobs or friends then feel free to do so. I know a few Ava's that regularly do that (Thank you to them).

The interest for newcomers to stay is MA:s
Let them pay the difference between 0.6 and 1.0 then.
I am not prepared to pay so MA can have more players. That is not my job.
I will follow the marketprice only.

That will never happen. It'd be equivalent to MA emptying their bank vaults and dishing out all their funds and all our depositted money onto the street and saying "Here noobs, come and get it!"

Totally agree with all comments!

The price of sweat isn't going to raise, it is controlled by too many factors and resellers didn't cause the price to drop.

If you need money, then selling sweat isn't the best way to get it. Buy some nexus, you should be able to get it at 115%. Combine with the sweat and you should be able to easily sell the ME at 200%, possibly more. With this example you just made your sweat worth .85, so don't sell at .6.

If you don't deposit, then start thinking about better ways to make money and stop complaining about the price of sweat and stop blaming resellers. Don't just sweat and then stand in PA for 3 hours yelling 1k @ 1.0, you are wasting a lot of time that you could be using for better things.

Sweat does have a TT price, but you better collect something like 10K of it before you see the price register in the TT because the TT only goes to two places beyond the decimal.
