Ok, its not like i think sweaters should get loads of cash from sweating, i just dont think we should be so hard on em for working out ways to get some extra pecs. Creative thinking is good, especcialy when both sides would profit.

I was always telling this in global chat in Swamp Camp and still sweaters sold for 0.55 and even 0.50 just few steps from me

The prices I find most commonly are .55 for sweat, 140 for Nexus and 200 for ME. So, as long as the refiner isn't being destroyed more than 0.05 per sweat, it's a profit

He's not asking for a bigger sweat price, he's showing sweaters how they can get better pay for their sweat, so I dont see why this should be in "those kind of threads" category.

The price of sweat is good enough ME already is a big cost for other Entropians. If you think ME is only used to tp people around Think again what about ressurections, and not to talk about hunters using mindforce as weapons? And again, then we have healers (focusing) of newbies sweating. We pay for your sweat and use the ME on you so you can gather more sweat, still not enough??

And I love ME traders! keep up the good work I really dislike resellers, but when it comes to ME.. I gladly pay 5% more for my ME than go buy sweat from a sweater, then find someone who is selling FN, then refine it myself and for what? To give the sweaters a few pecs more and maybe 1% cheaper ME for myself?

I advise you to think about the aspects on the other side as weel

With the limited use for ME the price of Sweat and ME is fine where it is. Supply and demand drive the price. When MA makes Mindforce more viable with new chips and or skills. The price will increase. But that could easily be a year or 2 or 3 at the rate they are going.

it would be great if all sweaters do the same, there is one problem tho:
yes, you can get a few more pecs form selling you sweat but it will take you hours to sell it, most ppl prefer selling fast and go sweat again, i can stand 1 hour in PA trying to sell 1k for 6ped or i can sell it for 5.3 and go back to neas and make 500 sweat.

one thing most people don't factor in with sweating is the cost of electricity to power up your computer. If you factor that in you are probably losing money (counting your time as worthless)

Im sorry im missing the point of this thread?

What you are saying is if you gather your own sweat and buy Nexus plus refine it yourself then your sweat is worth .67 pec and therefore you should be able to sell your sweat at .67 pec rather than .55 pec.

Who are you going to sell this .67 sweat to? The Sweat/ME traders wont want it because they can make no profit from buying at .67 pec. That leaves you with those ME users that do refine their own ME. There are not many of them and those that do refine there own do it so they can obtain ME minus th traders profit.

Therefore your asking those ME users that make an effort to save money to continue to make an effort but for no reason?
