New Feature? (loose trust while training)

Hmm I was training a pet, first time since VU 9.0 and I and not 100% sure but I seen that my pet was loosing trust while I was greeting it.

Is that a new feature that trust goes down while training?


I also had it autostabled once and it lost soooo much (I think i twas less before) trust/energy/experience I nearly had to start from scratch - did this increase?

I did not experience this while training them.
But I tamed a pet (so it got 1 bar of trust), gave it a few hundred nutrios and just left it alone two weeks ago.

After several days it was still not autostabled, was not hungry (I could move it around), but it's bar of trust was nearly gone.
So: it wasn't hungry and I did not touch it... no idea, how it could loose trust.

Taming is a dynamic process....or something like that :p

I have recently experienced the same thing. I have spent a few hours skilling on my pet (gtreeting) and the trust went down from 3400 to 3320 ... I think it just took about 4 or 5 hours greeting. Seems to be a "feature" and no "bug"

Pets have always lost trust gradually while skilling AFAIK. I didn't know it had ever been otherwise.

Perhaps it was changed to not be that way for a while after i started taming, but when i started it was certainly that way.

Thanks for that additional info - I have not been in tha "taming business" for a long time yet, and I didnt see that particular bit of info in any FAQs or guide docs about taming. I was a bit surprised about the amount of trust the pet looses, have to keep that in mind

i havent noticeed any trust loss
while training with them

if there are some, its very slow
feed lvl goes down for sure

pet loses trust when you left it alone
in wilderness or in stables for long time

Last nite we couldn't stable our "soc pet", so left with no other choice and having to head for bed, we had to leave "him" outside.

All other actions worked, just not to stable the pet.

This happened in Twin Peaks Stables, and I know its an old "feature"/bug that U can't stable and simply have it auto stable - which it just hasn't done yet.

Any other people experienced to lose that option to stable? We tried both the book, rightclick pet and speedkey, none worked. However greet and dance worked fine.

Little off topic, there.

I had no trouble stabling my pets yesterday. There's the usual limitation that you have to be quite close to the stable keeper, but other than that it all worked as normal.

we tried EVERYTHING really, standing on top of him (almost), totally block close to him and everything. Nothing happened. No errors in the chat. Overall totally weird.
