did anyone ever play the game "land of devastation?" for the old bulletin boards?

(if you dont know what a BBS is, this will be dumb to you)

all of the "mobs" (it was a little different back then) had a pre-determined set of items, and they all had different disintegrate chances, so sometimes something might not be looted, but another time it might... some stuff had a .0001 percent chance of being looted, but it was all on the mob.

i'm wondering if maybe the creatures of calypso all wear armor, unlootable, but armor. do you know what i'm sayin?
