Brush efficiency

Hello all, I've been reading about taming and one question pops on my head.
What is the Efficiency of brush about.

The normal one has 300 max and the advanced 500 max.
But what does this mean?

Does it means the trust points gained by 1 ped, by 10 ped or by the fully used brush.

I really like to know the cost per trust point with each brush, so i could buy the best choice.

I've not tried to quantify exactly what it means, but the normal and advanced brush both have the same efficiency/pec if you have them maxed.

Hmm good point, so the two brushs are no diferent in term of costs.
I supose the diference is that the advanced one is faster.

Hey Miggo thanks for stopping by and give some of your advices.
But I'm a bit confused about the relation of the pet HP and the brush level.

Can u explain?

He's pulling random thoughts out of thin air. He just sells the things.

The efficiency has to do with how much trust your pet gets per use, just like efficiency does for an extractor (and it might also be variable within the range like the extractor). There's really not much else it could mean. I just haven't quantified the amount per efficiency because, as i mentioned before, i realized that both brushes have the same efficiency/pec when maxed, thus making the point moot. If and when new brushes show up with different efficiency/PEC, it will be a more relevant question.

There's no reason to use brushes right now, btw. (A) because pets don't do anything useful (yet); (B) because brushes cost more than pets; and (C) because anything pets do right now can be done without brushing them.

Thanks alot Doer, for clearing my head .

I've assumed that to raise the pets trust I would need to brush the little fellow.

So this is not entirely true, right?
I can raise the trust by only feed him and train him?

Thanks again, being very usefull for me. Taming is a very unclear activity compared to others.

Or it is very simple and i'm dumb , or there is a lack of information around it

You have to brush them to raise their trust, it's just pointless right now, is all.

For example, i can go tame a new mob that comes with some trust for less than the cost of brushing it, especially for low mobs.

Hmm nice to hear that.
So you saying that when I turn a wild mob into a pet it has some trust already?

Yes. It's been changed once or twice. I think it's 10% max.
