Case 78580 History
13 May 2006 Hi, I am unable to stable my level 3 daikiba alpha at fort Zeus stable, I took him for a run around the stable and now he stops too far away from the stable keeper so that he cannot be stabled. It's going to lose trust and experience because of this, but I trust you will restore that and correct the stable keepers radius at fort zeus. regards 14 May 2006 hi i logged in, and yes it had autoastabled and lost trust and experience, I trust you will restore my pets experience and trust. regards 17 May 2006 MindArk Support: Hi, Thanks for reporting. We have received some similar cases from the Zeus stable and we are currently investigating this issue. Unfortunately we cannot verify why your pet was auto-stabled, and therefore we cannot compensate you for any losses. However, we can assure you that the loss in the case of an auto-stabling is not that immense. Trust and energy will decrease, but the cost is very moderate. However, if you have had your pet to perform several tricks, this will surely make the trust and energy decrease. Regards, Entropia Support 17 May 2006 Hi, The reason my pet was auto stabled was because i was out of its visual range for more than 10 mins, I couldnt hang around zeus all night waiting for a fix,I've got to sleep sometimes you know As a direct result of the auto stabling my daikiba alpha lost 1000!! points of trust and 8 points of experience, these are not moderate costs, and too be honest why should I have to bear the costs because of a dysfunctional stablekeeper at fort zeus regards 18 May 2006 MindArk Support: Hi, We can only verify that your pet was auto-stabled, not the reason why it was auto-stabled. It is not that distrust your word, but we cannot compensate for losses which we cannot verify by our log files. The exact cost for the auto-stabling in your case was 51 Pec. We advise you to avoid the Zeus stable until this issue has been fixed. Regards, Entropia Support Hi, The reason why it was auto-stable was because the stablekeeper at zeus was/is not functioning correctly. I could have tried running my pet to fort argus stable, but that was too much effort and too late at night. If you check the time the pet was auto stable, you will see that it was autostabled a few minutes ater the time of my original support case. You state the exact cost of auto-stabling was 51 pec )) but you neglected to figure in the costs required to brush back those lost 1000+ points of trust plus the costs to retrain it back to level 3. You advise me to avoid the Zeus stable until the issue has been fixed, could you also advise me of any other stable keepers where this is an issue, and what steps to take if I am faced with a similar dilema at another stable keeper. Regards 19 May 2006 MindArk Support: Hi, We do understand your distress, but as we have explained above, we cannot compensate for such losses. MindArk is constantly working on keeping the system stable. On rare occasions, issues that affect the performance of the system occur. This is due to technical reasons that are unexpected and unavoidable. At the moment we are not aware of any similar problems at other stables. well, thats just a load of crap. if they know there is an issue with the stablekeeper, how can they not know that the your loss of trust\exp. was due to that fact? they admit the issue, then deny your claim because you cant prove there was an issue ??? things like that are what give their support department a bad rep. hope this gets resolved for you.

...it is more fun to find out things on your own, than to have MA reveal any information to its players. wonder how hard it would be to disable the stablekeeper at Zues until they fix the problem so it doesnt cost more people more $? ...since they certianly arent going to warn anyone about this $ costing bug ahead of time. |

I had the same problem at stables in Argus...
Took me a long time to stable my pet...but I made it... Next time you have this problem, try to let your pet follow you, and run to the stablekeeper from the other side of the fence. This way I made my pet stable... BUT ANNOYING MA..!!!! ![]() |
