Help: Client Language Settings

Since VU 9, I've had to run EU using the Tomti 3D Analyzer tool to force the graphics to work with my GFX Card (or lack of one). But now, for some reason or another, the Client is in French. I didn't change anything, but now it's French.

If I open the client loader before loading the client and change the options, it has no effect. Does anyone know a work around for this? Preferable one that won't get me banned

you tried it all ????? , dont know what kind of GC you have but here are some options:

Turn AA on from vidcard and turn ingame AA off
Turn AA from the game on and not from your vidcard
Ensure you dont have Anisotropic filtering enabled
Try some older vidcard driver versions.

If that doesnt help , the problem must be something else than your vidcard, or you must be your running it on vista and vista sux.

As for the french i thought there was a language option in the login screen but i may be wrong, then install it again and use english , yes ........ install again. lol no perhaps you could use the search option here in the forum. Could help youknow

And atlast you can buy a card for the price of a ghost, so why dont lose the ghost and get a GFX card instead ??

sorry Mandu, i've seen reports of this happening from a few other people around here, as well, but can't seem to find the posts and therefore, ofc, any possible solution - hope you get it fixed, mate

I dont know where language settings are located, but try to do so: Copy your MindArk directory to some USB drive (large enought to fit it Bring it to another PC (with better hardware) and change your language there... You dont need to install anything, just copy whole directory... Hope this helps.

That's a good idea! But my USB drive is too small I'm afraid! On second thought, I bet it isn't in the media files! I'll try copying everything but those! I'll let you know if it works
