Internal problem

Hello,

I applied some new rules on my servers park and on my PE comp.
I formated all the park cause server rules was total crap.
I reinstaled all i need and PE as well, on the same os: vista.

After some reading on vista security rules, who are realy correct from my side, i setted my PE comp with some advenced security rules by activating some hiden processus concerning www and all.

Notice that EU work fine on my comp, but before playing and displaying client loader i have this advertissements:







So, all i can say is that Xfire crap cant be loaded or something like that.
There is 3 questions:

1: My new rules dont allow the crap to be loaded ?
2: the instalation of PE is false and i need to reinstall ?
3: A stupid MA programation feature ?

I must admit i need some highlighting over here
