Help: unable to log in :(

When i try to log into the game i get stuck at "Authorizing", it just sits there for about 3min then times out and tells me to try again later.

If i enter random login info it tells me im wrong in an instant.
I have port forwarding on the ports and have allowed EU access to past my FW software.

Early today i did manage to make my player and enter the world for all of about 1min. then i got a "you have been disconnected form the world" type msg.

Any Ideas?

Q6600
2 x8800 GTX (SLI)
4gig ram
Dual boot (XP SP2 32 bit & Vista 64 bit)

Ive tryed installing under both my current OS but same problem.

Perhaps your firewall. Reset the Entropia.exe in your firewall and have it ask and accept all connections again.

Have you tried to contact to support? Or if you have some friend who is playing ask him to try log in. But it´s sad if u cant log in
OR try to active EU as admin or what is holder of windows I have finnish versio so I dont remember right word

Ive logged a support case (officially), so will see if they can help out in some way.

Im not using windows firewall but ive allowed the ports they list on site out/in.. Are there more?

Is there a log file or can i put the client into debug mode or something? Im sure that i know more i can fix it but im really very very new as in i just downloaded client today :P

I hae same problem in Las Vegas... worked fine yesterday. I doubt its your computer

oh damn if it was just me i might be able to fix it.. but if your having same issue i guess ill have to wait for the dev's to work on it.

Are you logging in in windowed mode? If so, and your screen resolution isn't quite high enough, EU will hang at login. To fix: either log in in full-screen mode or increase your screen resoultion.

Are you logging in while using the Vista or XP OS?

Silver Ice, ive been trying in full screen and in windowed and ive tryed both xp and vista (Dual boot).

But i do have 2 monitors.. could that be doing it? 1 is smaller then the main one, i use it for browsers and stuff...

I'd say it's unlikely that the dual monitors would be causing it; but then again...this is EU we're talking about and it may be worth a shot to try to disable one. lol May also try increasing the screen resolution a tad: right-click the desktop>properties>settings tab, then move the slider up and click apply. Just as an example, I have my resolution set to 1280x960.

You said you did open the req. ports on your firewall? Also check to make sure that Entropia.exe has not been specifically exclusively blocked by your firewall; most firewalls will allow you to have a list of blocked/allowed applications that you can access and change.

Is the client loader loading the information screen, and can all of your other usual applications access the internet? When you initially start the client loader and it says "contacting server" does it connect, or does it time out?

Yea the Client loader has news updates and event information on it.

It also displays 3 green ticks for my hardware specs.

Atm im lost for what is wrong, so ive put my picking up the game on hold anywho get the EU people to work there magic and try again later

I really got keen for the new graphics engine and im told thats not in yet so ill just wait
