Refund requested, I'll try and buy another in a month or two (when they are even cheaper, hopefully )

Sounds like DoA (Dead on Arrival) so it should be swapped instantly.

To do some more diagnosis:

Pull the gfx card.
Power on.
In case you 'hear' bios now it likely is the new gfx card (but better check it in a different system), but when not:

Pull all (cards, ram, drives etc. - don't forget front panel connectors!) so you're with PSU and board+CPU (at some times it helps to remove the board from the case - maybe you'll find a lost screw).
Try then.
In case it works add stuff till it stops.

In case it fails: replace board, try again - after that swap the CPU

Or to save some time and hazzle: Order a new system

That has crossed my mind, its an expensive option, but I am tempted. New Mobo/CPU/GC/Ram.

I wont be doing anything until I receive refunds for the Radeon and 610W PSU at least

Damn now that Sux, im also having Reboot Problems and my PC only Detects 1gb out of 3gb of ram,

so my solution is pritty Simple New Mobo , need an Upgrade anyways my pc is almost 2yrs old :\

also Tried and tested all the other parts and there running Fine might have a few Faulty Mem slots

Mine (Nforce2) is five years old!

If you want a great mem testing program I cant recommend this highly enough:

http://www.mersenne.org/freesoft.htm. Options/ Torture Test. Leave it to run for about 2 hours to be sure.

well the Ram is fine each one works in the First Slot moment i Place a second nothing not even a Boot screen

was all working fun up until about 6mths ago lol

I worked for a computer refurb company for several years and most of the time random reboots are motherboard related or usb related

once even had a USB bridge adapter that would reboot computer every time u plugged it in !

GL Mega whats cost on new computer these days like 2-3 million sweat?

My feeling towards getting new Mobo, CPU etc NOW rather than wait is because I am loathe to get a Vista PC and hardware bought now will at least work with XP for the next few years.

Well USB not a Problem and your info just helped me ensure im making a better choice to get a New Mobo but i've also notice that after playing EU for a while or looking at the shops in the mall it gets alot of Lag, Simple Fix Reboot lol
