DirectX not working!

A lot of people try to get EU working and then run into problems with the DirectX additional components. One way to solve this is to install the game at 0800GMT but that is not convenient. Has anyone found a way to make the components downloadable from a mirror site? I will give the first person to manage this 100EFD. Get hacking!

DirectX = Microsoft. Tried their site yet? I'm quite sure the latest version can be found there somewhere.

Why 8:00GMT? What's the time got to do with it?

When I was trying to get the game working I tried the Microsoft website but a) they are all on DX10 now and b) these are the additional components, so Microsoft doesn't just let you download them for yourself. Because they are mean.

So you are able to find DirectX 9C anywhere on Microsofts website. i find that strange.

However I am running DirectX10 on my tower and had no problems With EU

From what I've heard they don't do the OS-check for redistribution stuff in general

When I recently reinstalled entropia I needed the runtime package.

Link to the June 2007 Runtimes worked fine, no validation or connections from the package itself.
