Dowloading The Installer for EU

I have a problem

I have never played EU as my stupid computer will not download the installer

I asked one of the nerds at school to help me and he only told me i cant download it because its a ftp file not a http file now i dont understand this at all but i want to know what i can do about it

Is there like another place to download it?

So there is really no other way to download it

I dont understand how every one else can dowload it but then again 650 thousand other people seem to have dowloaded it

and i eventually turned my firewall off for half and hour to try and download it but it still doesnt work

yes you have too tell or look at your firewall and click let the loader download we get this every time the loader is new - everyone gets it.

turn off Windows xp firewall its crap and see what happens - keep the one you use on...

I have tried that
I also dont get a pop up from my AV asking if it is trusted its not blocked by my AV at all

any chance there is a firewall in your router that is killing ftp access?

can you download from other ftp sites?
