Problem: every 5 Minute crash issue.

Hey i came on today to find a couple of my society m8s were having login problems but as well their were a few that were getting disconnected every 5 min for some reason. Mine was working fine for the first couple hours and now i am crashing every 5 minutes as well.

Please tell me someones got a fix for this maybe others with same issue can come and post here to see if theirs some pattern in our systems.

OS= windows xp
memory = 768
graphics adapter = nvidia geforce 6100 nforce 430
graphics adapter driver version = 6.14.10.9136
sound card = realtek hd audio output
sound card driver = 5.10.0.5265
exeption address = 9419488
version = 536871177

ive noticed a couple of the others with the 5 min problem also use win xp.

I am too having issues, as soon as I login my computer crashes or goes BSOD on me... don't know what to do. Tried cleaning out drivers and reinstalling.. nothing works.. any ideas?

I sometimes have a similar problem after some VUs. Check your Amethera map. Does it have all the blue LA areas showing? If not then you have the same problem, whatever it may be, that I had after the VU.

The solution seems to be to go to the options on the Client Loader and change your connection speed to 56K. Log in and all the blue LA areas should be on your map. Now you can log out and go back to your normal speed and will hopefully be fine!

nope i still get disconnected

but i seem to last longer on 56k.

and im using pc no laptop

One of my other friends was also experiencing this and ran crap cleaner to clean up all the files and most of all ran the reg fixer on it as well, after this didnt have any problems, had one crash but that was it:
