Still cannot login

Every time I attempt to login it goes to "Authorizing" for about 1 minute and then I receive the following message:
"Connection lost to the Entropia Universe. Please try to login again. If your problem persists, please contact the Support Department"
I have the ports forwarded as posted through router and firewall setup to allow connections. Still though no connection.
I submitted a Case to Support, but anyone else have any suggestions?
