Do any one know what does Items point parameter means for PC display. For Magaview one it is 15 for some other I see 5 and for Signs it is 1.

May be it is number of pictures that can be displayes on screen at one time? Or maximum number of that type of screens in estate?

I am not 100% sure, but every piece of real estate has a maximum amount of item ponts that represents the number of items it can accommodate. For example, a "C" apt can hold 120 item points I believe. So if you put in a Mega View Display, it takes up 15 item points, leaving 105 item points that the apt can accommodate.
