Question: Changed stats on old faps?

Hi all,

today i've been out hunting for the first time after a longer hunting-break. I bought a fap50. I used to get 26 heal everytime and on the item info it said 26/26 too. But now i have only 21.9/26?!
I'm lvl 26 paramedic btw.
Did MA change something on the fap or medic skills?

I noticed that I maxed the ek2600 the other day at lvl 21 paramedic (may have been slightly earlier). Dont know if that helps at all if someone knows when it always used to be maxed?

For FAP-50 it maxes at 31.97

FAP-50 has always maxed at that level, i think ? :S

yeah I maxed the 2600 a while back, not yet maxed the fap50. I've been getting the kinda heals you observed, but more often than not its much closer to 26 (or 26 exactly) than low 20's. On the 2600 its 42 hp 99.9 % of the time, cant remember not hitting 42 in a couple of months now.
