Broken beacon!?

That is wierd. Did you try to call the ship with it already and then this happened?

Normally when you place the beacon in the nav console you lose possession of it. If somehow that "take it away" routine was interrupted, perhaps the "broken beacon" text appears.

That being said I know there was a team having difficulty with their beacon at the same site my team was going to launch from.
The team in question would call the ship, the beacon holder would insert the beacon in the nav console, and the team would fall through the deck eventually and the ship would leave. I *suspect* that the beacon holder still had the beacon equipped, which will not allow you to drag it from inventory to the console.

Send in a support case and tell then what's going on, if everything is on the up and up, they should replace the beacon. Remember, screen prints and in some cases, youtube video will help you appeal your case if the tier one monke...errr.. support specialists refuse to replace the beacon.

I had something like that but in my case the ship had all my team mates fall through and took only me up. I believe it was due to a team bug which occured that VU. Luckly I did not even bother to get off the beacons first level, so I got a new beacon since no loot had been taken.

Yeaaaah, Add a Second Entity Head, 10 Basic Wrenches and some Heat Sinks and youve built a new Drone DNA!

But DONT use any Weapon Sights or Optical Lenses ! Bots are much easier if they cant See or Shoot !

Nope, haven't used it at all. Just tried to "open" it to show it's location, what didn't work.

Maybe i should send a support when and where i can trade is for a POE armor set
