Why Ziplex Z20 OreSeeker (L)=370%+ at price?

Can`t understand why Z20 is so expensive?
Maybe there are few bp in universe and crafters tries to profit. Yes ok I understand the profiting thing, but where is logics?
Z15 = 110% depth 238m
Z20 = 385% depth 276m
Who will be so stupid to pay almost 4 times TT value for some 40m more depth?

Also crafting materials are not rare:
2 x Pearl sand
4 x Ignisium ingot
25 x Standard Transparency Layer what needs( 1 x Alicenies Gel, 2 x Lysterium ingot)
The most expensive is ignisium at 145%

So why 385% ????????

I think the right price is about 130%-160% max.

Hope that those BP will drop more and price drop fast, because it is nice medium tool, but not for 385%


If I`m wrong or stupid that don`t understand this eco/market/pricing things then explain me plzz.

P.S. There are sold only few of them and prove that it`s much owerpriced, so that who can craft them could drop to normal price like 140% or 150% i think while there are no bp`s of this tool and earn some peds and when bp`s will be more then price will drop to 125% for sure!

I am in total agreement. they were cheap at the beginning of this VU, then the price just went crazy (well, it was 'made' crazy by whoever decided to pay the prices being charged)

Anyhoo, I hope the crafters see that people do not want to support their efforts if the products are too expensive.

I agree with you, I only mine with 211L finders right now because paying ~500% for a few rare ore finds per month is just pointless. Crafters are making it hard for themselves, cheaper finders = more rare ores available = more high end stuff crafted.

A guess is they compete with OF-212's, and they are expensive aswell; probably because OF-212's are the next step above OF-211, and that (I suppose) lots of people have maxed out OF-211, and are potential buyers of OF-212.

thats exactly what i was thinking. I'm pretty sure the price on the 212 is due to bp rarity, along side with the sheer demand, but hopefully the bp will be plentiful and we will see a price drop on it as well as the 212 (which doesn't use any rare ores either)

Exactly this is discussed in another thread, but by a crafter instead that thinks the prices on ores are to high...

The answer is really simple.. Its because supply and demand..

If demand > supply = high prices

if supply > demand = pricefall..

the prices are definitly too high for me. Take a look at the Tik220 (TT + 6000).

At the time my OF213 is used up I may stop mining simply because I cannot effort a new one that fits to my skills.

I have to wait until the prices came down...

I cannot deposit 600 USD just to get a new Finder. Thats one month food for me.

I brought this point up in a mining thread as well. MA simply needs to A) drop more Limited BP's, B) more clicks on each BP C) a combination of A or B

One thing I dont understand. Is MA replacing the 2xx L series with these new Z series finders or what? If something is wrong in the 2xx L series why not just fix them, instead of adding these new ones...or if the 2xx L series is found lacking, add a new one in the middle and one at the end, or something similiar...< smells something fishy.

my prob: i craft tools like nuts everyday....bp`s of ubber finders L drop extremely rare. and after i spend 4k skilling and i get an ubber L bp...with 1 attempt i am supposed to recover what i`ve lost from skilling.
If anyone complains about prices...u have 3 possibilities:
1.pray to MA that we get more often the L bp
2.convince resellers or miners to sell cheaper the ores
3.u can try craft urself...and after u`ll unlock industrialist as i did after spending over 40k for crafting tools sake hope u`ll win something.
Nope...if L bp dont drop often and if we pay 140% zinc as example (LOL) u cannot get cheaper finders.
I am sorry to mention...but trust me, even at 300-400% we ..crafters still loose big time. In 10 min i can loose as much as u do in 2 days hunting.

sorry mates, but as long as cumbriz can't be found for less than 130% in auction, i'll sell any click of z20 oreseeker at 150 peds at least. and considering the crafter must risk in average ~2,5 clicks to get a succes, voila the price.
