I wonder, doesn't MF healing chips (and the resurrection chips) use Biotropy - and not Paramedic level? Perhaps there should be a note on it somewhere.

go to entropedia.com here and look into details for faps. The EMT Kit 2500 here is maxed at Paramedic-Level 27,11.
