Anyhow relate it to footguards. IT WILL. Make people buy more Armor sets. To make sure you hunt with a armor thats only protection "what it should" in terms of being effecient..

No your 1.0 hunts will not be expensive. IF the 1.0 dmg is made of 100% obserbed damage..

if your 1.0 is done out from 10% of your armors protection only. The bill is higher

It's certainly possible. For example, decay armor based on its protection against the mob, not by the damage absorbed. Then, flatten out the curve of decay/dmg point.

Not saying they did it in a way that will keep the same overall decay, but it is possible.

Remember that "average" for MA leads to things like 10k exa HOFs and much smaller typical returns. The "average" (mean) return is still the same, but the median is much lower. The same could qualify the armor changes...

My guess is that this change will reduce the disadvantage of uber armor in terms of decay, but there are lots of ways they could have tweaked it.

Once more, owners of UL equipment (armors, guns, ....) are left on the side of the street ... to my opinion, It is clear that MA is looking for newcomers that will depo 20 $ and leave than to us that have been financing their F... holidays in the sun.

And no I'm not gone quit because nobody will care anyway ... great survey of your long time players MA (I know u don't like them ... orange juice is so nice).
