Breer M4(L) or Ice-Lr (U)

I am not that good at calculating the eco of a gun, so if someone could please help me.
I am using Breer M4 (l) at the moment and using them like, well, underwear. I am realy loking for an ul gun instead, and from what I can find the one that has about the same stats is the Ice-lr (u).
The markup is lower, and no markup to repair it.
Damadge per sec is slightly higher, damadge per pec is slightly lower, uses is about 2k more with the Ice, and the decay is 1 for the Ice and 2.03 for the M4.
To me this seems like an easy choice, but as I stated in the beginning. I would like some opininons on the eco part of it.

the problem will be (unless u got lvl 100) that u wont have maxed the UL gun and miss more often and do less criticals

m4a has way better economy.

its not only the eco he will do less dmg/sec also because of low skills on the ice

well to get any eco out of an Ice-Lr compared to the M4a you will have to unlock lvl 70 laser sniper.

Your M4a is probably maxxed , making it far more eco than an ul gun without SIB.

What are your skills today?

Haha, well I use one M4 a day then :-)

I am not that far from maxing it, the max lvl on entropedia is not realy correct (I think or I missed something when I checked it yesterday)

But lets say that if I would be maxed on both, what would be more eco for me?

I just maxed out the M4, damadge lvl 14 and sniper lvl 17, so no I dont have the lvl 70 laser sniper

From what I see using the entropiatools, is that if I am maxed on both the eco is about the same but with slightly higher damage per pec on the Ice one. I have to check my skills again to find out how far I was from maxing it.
